I belong to may jetski forums and am a racer. Just starting to get into quads for fun and pulling around things around the house. It is so easy to get a service manual for my skis but why is it so hard to find or get a pdf of a service manual for a 1992 LT-F160. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

You might watch eBay for a few weeks. They often have out of date manuals. In the world of quads more than ten years old can start to be difficult to get materials. Often the manufacturers don't support quads much older than that. Honda is probably the best about supporting older machines than anyone.
