08 king quad!! questions?

Default 08 king quad!! questions?

just bought a new 08 king quad 750 limited edition..
is the k&n worth the money.. for power? and also after the first wash my clear coat starting chipping off the back fender.. very ugly.. Any ideas on how to stop this?

If the clearcoat started peeling, take it back to the dealer. If nothing else, they should fix it.
As far as the air filter goes, most of us King owners prefer either the UNI air filter or the Twin Air air filter.

If I was you I wouldn't worry about the filter right now. You just got it. The stock filter does an adequate job of filtering and the 750cc's should be plenty of power for you.

The filter maybe an issue. The stock filters on the 05-07 700's didn't filter properly and, in some instances, caused motor issues due to dirt going through the filter. Suzuki may have corrected that but I'm not sure.
