Hello all, my Dad has a 2003 Vinson that developed an issue. The atv will have constant power on no matter if the key is on or off. The only way that we can keep the battery from draining is to remove the 30amp fuse from the relay thats mounted next to the battery. We thought this relay was the issue but its been replaced and not the issue. Can anyone give me other areas to check please? The problems started after I hauled all the bikes for 2 hours in a down pour on our way camping. It seems something got wet but we cant figure it out.

probably need a new switch. suzuki had recalls on several 2003 models with bad switches. some were even catching on fire

 

we have taken the ignition switch out of the equation and replaced that 30amp fused relay and still having the same issue. any other ideas out there?
