From a linkage standpoint it should work. I believe the choke and throttle are the same.
You'd have to play with the boots a little but I'm sure it could be done. I think it may be too much carb for the 250 though.
You're talking 29mm to 36mm. Let me know if you do it and if it works. I've got an extra stock 400 carb and a Z250.
