I have a DVX as well. How do you like the Big Gun pipe DVXDUDE? I just put a Motorworks on mine and love it.

Good sound. I noticed the difference in power after I put it on and jetted the bike. I have the full system. I'm wondering if the exhaust packing is getting burned out becuase its sounding a bit louder now. Going to have to look into it. had the exhaust on for 3 years with tons of hours.

I have a few youtube videos of me doing stunts and stuff. You can hear the exhaust on it ( I get lots of compliments) youtube seems to be down at the moment or I'd post them up..

good lookin quad atvman! is yours a tony stewart edition but you just took the graphics off?

I've always liked the look of Big Gun pipes. The power difference was quite substantial with my pipe as well. Just put it on this winter though. Do you run w/o the airbox lid? I run with it on, otherwise I'd need to have a warehouse full of filters, but Motowork's recommended jetting for running with the lid was mixture screw out 3.5 turns and needle in the 3rd slot I think? My needle wasn't adjustable so I shimmed it with washers. Anyways, it seems to run great. What jets did you put in?

And yes, its the TS edition w/o the graphics. Previous owner shaved them though, not me.

Here's a vid of mine:

Here's me jumping before I had the new pipe:

I run without the airbox lid, no snorkel cap either. I got a dynojet kit (bit differnet then mikunki jets) I run a 160 main, needle on 3rd clip, 2 turns out on idlescrew stock pilot and everything else. With the airbox on I ran a 150 main. I noticed more power with the lid off. I got a good filter that I clean after every ride and I put a pair of pantyhose onto of the airbox to keep mud and stuff out. I find my filter wont even get very dirty unless I'm following someone in dust conditions.

heres one short crappy vid of me last year, first time out for the year so I took it easy heh
