Default Where can I get billet thrust washers for a LT250R?

So for a motor I'm getting rebuilt for a Suzuki LT250R I've read some old posts on QuadRacerHQ saying to never use OEM thrust washers and to get the billet ones. There was a member on there selling them. The problem is that I tried to register for that site and I have to wait for a mod or admin to approve me. It's been a few days and I haven't gotten a conformation email. So since I can't send the guy that makes them a message anyone know where else I can get them? Thanks.
Also do I have to run the RM bearings or are those only optional?
