I Am about to Take apart and fix the Smoking issue with my quad,But I see I may need a few more parts,Yet I don't know the names ofthem to search online... I See the Chain has Jumped off before I got it and Broke the Neutral unit below the front sprocket.Wires still connected and it shows Neutral when idling. I need to know what that Cover unit Behind the front Sprocket that Has the Holes for Mounting a Chain Gaurd so it won't hammer the Motor and crack it.Also I need a O Ring or Seal at the Shift rod,as it leaks Oil there Also...

Close up Pics of the motor on the Chain side would help so I could Sorta Point what area I need.. I can't find it in my Manuel or online.....And may as well Order the part along with the Rings and such to fix it up correctly before I part with it.

Go to www.cheapcycleparts.com and look at their parts diagrams. They have exploded views of everything, and part numbers and descriptions for everything. I have ordered parts from them, and they seem good to deal with, got all genuine OEM Suzuki parts from them.

 

Figured out the Part I was talking about, in my Manuel.... Drive Shaft Oil Seal.....

got to cmsnl.com and keep clicking until your model come up with diagrams and parts [ I think all parts #]come up -- houseofmotorcycles.com has naerly the same site with prices. these are also good sites if you take something apart and forget how to rebuild
