kingquad 300 wont start, PLEASE HELP

Exclamation kingquad 300 wont start, PLEASE HELP

It is getting spark, and will sputter and pop but not fire. The choke is broken but my friend has kinda rigged it. Hes fed up and im getting the bike 2morrow. Any help guys?

Check for air leaks around the engine, pull the carb and clean it. Then make sure its set to factory specs. check air cleaner also.

Replaced spark plug and also said above check compression and value adjustment.

What's stock compression on these. Can't seem to findit

if choke is broken take air filter out and put your hand over air inlet to manually choke it to see if it will run
