Hey I have a 05 Vinson 500. Its completely stock besides k&n air filter, but I just ordered hmf utility pipe epi clutch kit for manual shift. And now before the pipe gets here I'd like to get the right jets so I can try to knock this out in one shot. What size jet / brand would I need? Mods will be hmf pipe , k&n filter and clutch. What do I need to buy or do to have it running right. This is my first bike so I'm just getting into this. Thanks

 

I am running an 07 manual vinson with several mods and am running the dyno jet kit and using the largest jet in there and the needle in the #4 slot, but my vinny is also snorkled. Hope it helps

 

yea i got the dynojet kit, largest main needle is a 128 i think. I called them and they said the kit would be fine for what i got since it comes with everything. Hope so..

really looking forward to these mods. Hope it really awakens my bike.. Pipe, jets, epi springs.
