do you know anyone who would sell one for a little bit cheaper not tryiing to spend more then what i bought the quad for just on one little sidecase. any ideas??

 

I got the metal for the case saver and started making it today. I got the bend down and started to get it all cut. I am going to be welding it within the next couple days. I made the bend template out of a piece of scrap wood and then I screwed one side of the case saver into the wood and then bent the rest the rest of the way. I only have to weld it and drill 3 holes in the case saver and then its ready to install. I might sand it or paint it black before I install it, I'm not sure yet.

He had two but he was only selling one. He already sold it. Try bidding on this one, its only 50, you might win it for less than 150, but they normally go for about 150 on ebay when its an auction, but it usually depends on when the cover ends:
