After running and warm when I kill my Vinson I get a small blue backfire. Rich correct?

no, backfiring when you let off throttle shows a lean condition, do a plug chop, go ride it it at operating temp, run it nearly wide open, stop it, shut it off and pull spark plug, white is lean brown is good, black is rich, however most atvs run better a little on the rich side
