I have an 04 z400 that I recently bought. It was running great all day and on my last run it just wouldn't start. It sounded like it wanted too but then wouldn't turn over. I was wondering if anyone knows what it could possibly be? I was going through water randomly throughout the day but it was only about as high as the nerf bars so I don't that would affect anything. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks

 

Try pull starting it and if it runs and then doesnt run after it cools down it needs a valve adjustment. More than likely intake valves are too tight.
