Just need to keep checking back from coil. You can check the stator to see if is working. The magnents on fly wheel are known to come loose on 02-04 models.

Brad if you have a manual it has the steps to follow and what to look for while check everything. If not I might be able to give you the information needed. I just do not have it with me (I'm at work when I'm normal on here).

Brad, I brought manual to work so I'll post some. Can not copy anything and send it because no way to scan any pages.

Under Troubleshooting: No spark
1. Fouled spark plug
2. Wet spark plug
3. Defective ignition coil
4. Open or short in high-tension cord
5. Defective generator (stator/Flywheel magnets)
6. Defective CDI unit.
Let me add -- wiring cut(open)

I just need to scan 5-6 pages for you. It has each step in detail. The manual has you working your way back from spark plug but you can always work your way from Pickup coil(generator). I should be able to scan it tomorrow.(Friday)

Brad PM me your email address and I'll send them to your email. That should be the easiest way for you to get them. I'm working on scaning them now.
