My 2000 250 4x4 started bogging down when cold and would straighten up after a few minutes pf warming up. I started off through the field and it died. It blew the 15 amp fuse between the regulator and battery. I noticed the hot wires from regulator and battery in the plug were seperated at both sides. I spliced together and same thing. I unspliced and replaced fuse and it would run for a few minutes but blow the fuse again. This is withouth the red wire from the regulater and battery connected. Now after several attempts it only takes a couple minutes to blow them. I'm pulling my hair out cause no matter what I type in google nothing comes up for this model. Any help is greatly appreciated.
