Welcome to the forums. :)
I should have all the parts you will need.
I have some used cases in great shape.
Tell the lad that he will be rolling soon. :)

If you have Suzuki dealers over there, that's where. I'm sure it'd be cheaper than sending the parts over.
There are no aftermarket clutch parts.
If you have no access to parts, I have new rollers and I think I have a used set of rear clutchs.

It'll be self explanitory once your in there. :)

cheers lt80,
i have open the roller case and its full of grease im suprised the rollers can even move and it looks like 2 are in the wrong way i will get a pic up so you can see do i need to grease the new ones when i put them in
cheers

Cheers back..:)
The grease gets hard as a rock and does limit the roller travel to the point of ruining the variator and the roller plate.
I use a dab of grease to hold the roller in place durring installation. It's not needed for lubrication. Suzuki finally figured out that the grease wasn't needed and didn't use any in the last cpl years that they made them.
FYI: the rollers flip when you pull on the variator to get it off.
