hi everyone please forgive me if this has already been asked im new here so my son has a lt80 think its a 92/93 model hes had it about 2 years and its never missed a beat but last weekend the worst possible thing happend the engine split really bad its that bad i have had to get new casings i need to rebuild it,the clutch shoes are a real mess and deffenitly need replacing i havent even looked at the rollers but i persume they will need changing going off the look of the shoes.
im in the uk and parts seem to be pretty hard to get if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be great.
also is there anything else i should replace while im in there i need to get this sorted for my lad as hes a bit down seeing it in the shed in bits i have to keep telling him `dont worry i will sort it`
any help would be much appreciated

Cheers back..
The grease gets hard as a rock and does limit the roller travel to the point of ruining the variator and the roller plate.
I use a dab of grease to hold the roller in place durring installation. It's not needed for lubrication. Suzuki finally figured out that the grease wasn't needed and didn't use any in the last cpl years that they made them.
FYI: the rollers flip when you pull on the variator to get it off.
