need more info. how is it running? There are three main areas to look at for jetting:
idle to 1/4 throttle, 1/4 to 3/4, anf 3/4 to full.
You need to really listen and feel how it is running at each of those throttle ranges. The first range is effected by the pilot jet. The second is the needle, the last is the main jet. If it seems to load up at any of these ranges then you are rich in that range. There is no magic equation that tells what jets to use based on your mods. There are factors such as your elevation, fuel mixture, outside temperature and riding style that have to be taken into account.
Go ride it. Let it warm up real good and ride it for about 15 minutes. Then test it out and see ho it runs in each of those RPM ranges and come back and let us know.
Mine eas clean on the bottom, bogged in the midrange, and then would clear back up at full throttle after a second. This led me to believe the needle was too rich, so I raised the clip position. I went one position at a time until I found it cleaned right up. Then the main seemed a bit rich as it still stumbled a bit at full throttle to I lowered the main jet step by step until I had a kickass power range from bottom to top
