No problem. Since you have a good seal on the intake valve, the only way it could be pushing out the carb is if your cam timing is wrong or your lash is so tight the valve isn't closed.
I've never personally seen it, but it sounds possible for an exhaust restriction to build exhaust pressure and vent thru the carb during the valve-overlap period (which is only about 5 degrees on a 230). There are lots of things I haven't seen and don't understand, but happen nonetheless lol

Hi Randy Joe here. Im new here im workn on my suzuki 1986 QS 230 i need to buy a flywheel puller.the treads on Flywheel wheel are female and are they 30 mm. I see lot of pullers on the internet but they r telling me my QS need a male threaded puller ,any help with this?thx for your time.
