Front camber is off. Is this adjustable? If so, any guidance will be most appreciated.

In at the top or bottom? Are your bearings toast? Bent upper or lower control arm? I don't believe there is any adjustment.

I've had to replace the front wheel bearings a couple times and when they go, that will cause a camber problem.

You can look for cracked paint, or signs of rust on the a-arms and frame to see if has been bent.

Looked and cant see rust. If the camber is in on the top or bottom would it tell you witch arm to replace?

Thanks again!

Lift up the front of the atv and drop it. Then take a pic and post it.

Was your 04 one subject to the poor weld at the bottom of the front of the frame? I think Suzuki USA did recall on that for you. Mine had the fault and was fixed when the frame was re-painted.
Whether this, alone, would cause camber problems not sure.
