Default 01 Quadmaster LT-A500F Issues (Ignition/Fuel?)

My 01 Quadmaster hasn't been run in about 3 years(my house got majorly flooded with 8ft of water 2.5 years ago and I haven't messed with it since). I started cleaning her up and ran in to an oddball issue.

The atv will start and run (sometimes) for about 10-15 seconds and then shut off. Instantly I thought, huh, must be time for a carb rebuild. I did the carb up, checked all the vent lines, spark, fuel flow, etc. Appeared to be no issue, issue stayed about the same, it's ability to start and run is great, but it still sounds like it's "dieing" out and still only runs for max 30 seconds (no gas can be hit at all.)

If I whack the bowl open right at stall there is plenty of fuel in the bowl, plug appears wet.

The only thing I can think of is the plug, even though it doesn't sound to be a normal plug issue, I figured it's the cheapest place to start (local shop didn't have one for this, so I gotta take a run around tomorrow) and then start moving back the ignition system.

Does this issue sound familiar to anyone?

I replaced the plug today and now it runs and stays running. Still definately some running issues, i've now changed my opinion that it's not ignition related but valve related. I guess i'll be tearing into that next, anyone have the OEM setting methods for this atv?
