Since you have both, you could have them degree'd to make sure.

 

What is the duration? 337.5 degrees? 337.5 is only 22.5 degrees away from being a whole circle! So, the exhaust valve would be open for almost an entire rotation of the crank.

I looked at webcams for a 250X, which is a 4-valve engine with a short-stroked piston made for high revs... the stage 4 cam is 294 advertised duration and 264 at .040. Web Cam Inc. - Performance and Racing Camshafts / Honda TRX 250 X (87-92) SOHC 4v Timing Card

A stage 3 cam for the quadsport is 288 advertised and 264 at .040

So, I look at compcams. Any top fuel dragster you see on tv will either be running a compcam or a crane cam, so if I'm looking for radical cams, I should find one there. The biggest one I found was 340 advertised and 290 at .050, which would put the .040 duration at 300-315 area.

I can't find anything, anywhere on the order of a 337.5 degree .040 duration. So the stage 1 hotcam is either a fantasically radical cam, in which case I'd LOVE to see the stage 2! Or its a stock cam with a misprint and a bit more lift. Considering what I know about stage 1 cams, the stock theory would be my guess.

The only way to know for sure is to degree them.
