Ok everyone here's the problem. We are putting my Brothers '88 LT250R back together after a frame up rebuild. I put the electrical back on today and had good spark, after zip tying the wiring onto the frame I lost the spark, I undid everything and checked all the connections and found nothing wrong,still no spark. All the electrical is new, had Ricky Stator rebuild the Stator, new cdi,new coil, new wiring harness from suzuki, new kill switch also, and still no spark can't figure it out, please let me know if you have any ideas, the only thing not new is the AC regulator, could this be the problem? thanks-Chris

 

Did you call Ricky Stator about the problem? Seems like a logical first step.
