My 86 suzuki 250r sat over the winter, and now the piston seems to be froze up, what is the easiest way to fix and or cheapest way. When I try to kick start it it sounds sick. When i go to push start it the back tires stay in the locked position. PLease help!!

is it bored out? cause if its not i have the whole top end job for the 86 if ya need it( std wiseco piston, vesrah top end gaskets, etc.) it just got tooking out of the box. if ya want it just ask. i needed one for a bored cyclinder and got the wrong one and i don't want the hastle of sending it back.

How much would you sell that to me?? Where do you live! THat would be great! My piston is not bored. I need new rings, gasket and it needs to be bored.. Thats waht the shop said! It would be great for that piston you have already. THanx

Try putting a teaspoon or so of fairly thin oil in the spark plug hole and let it sit for a while.
Try and get the top end warm to expand the cylinder with a space heater or something.. It will also help the oil to seep between the rings and cylinder wall. Be Gentle!!

my piston is a standard size wiseco piston. you say you have to have your cyclender bored?? if you do that the piston i have will be to small buddy. i bought the piston for $94.95 and the gasket kit was $18.95 wich totals to $112.90 and that's without shipping charges, but i will sell it for $90.00 i live in the southern part of minnesota between Redwood Falls and Marsahll.
