I know this person that has this Suzuki. It is a sport model but it is blue and white and Its four stroke and it has a kick starter. Manual Clutch dont know how many gears... and i think .. reverse.. im not positive.. been a long time since i saw it. I was wondering if you guys knew what is was and if anybody had some info on it. thanks

 

the quad you are thinking about is a 87 or 88 suzuki 230 quadsport. the 85s and 86's wre orange and black. the 87s and 88s were blue and white like mine. they have 5 speeds, 1 down 4 up and they also have reverse

Kewl, Are they pretty nice? like .. What all can they take ? by that questoin like jumping and stuf like that. How fast do they go ?
I wouldnt mind getting one... Are they common for problems at all or no.. Is there alot of afterarket goodies for them ? .. thanks guy

 

a friend of mine has one. great low end power. very slow compared to my lt. i didn't get to ride it much cuz it locked up on him...

 

If you want a lot of low end put a DG pipe on it and Wiseco High Compression Piston like mine had. That setup adds pretty good midrange and top end too. As fas as jumping, if the quad hasn't ever been jumped before and the shocks are practically new then you can. It has more travel than the 300ex. More than likely they are shot like mine were and need replaced. It has enough aftermarket parts to keep it going. Its an excellent trail bike.

 

It could also be an lt250s quadsport. They were blue and white, similar to the 230 quadsport except they were 250 and newer.
