Hey folks

I have been looking for a ac bumper for my 500 but no one stocks them. AC does make them. Does anyone know where to get one? thanks

 

Are you sure that AC makes them because I had planned to order some AC nerf bars for my quad and they told me that they didn't make anything for the LT500. No nerf's, no bumpers, no nothing. That's what I was told.

 

My buddy says AC don't make the stuff for the lt's anymore but he can still get some of the stuff from one of his distbutors he own's a bike shop http://colbykostman.tripod.com

 

I found out from Nac's Racing that AC Racing no longer makes any products for Suzuki's. I called to order a bumper and grab bar a couple months ago, but they told me that they had been discontinued for the LT's. Maybe you'll be able to find something that's left-over somewhere or used.

 

This won't be much help for the bumper but if anyone want's some pro peg nerf bars and is dissapointed when they find out that AC doesn't make them for the LT's, Duncan Racing make's pro peg nerf's for the Quadracer 250 and 500. They also make bumpers and grab bars but the bumper really isn't the AC style. I've recently became a big fan of Duncan since I got my Paul Turner pipe and siliencer. I got their catalog and they offer almost everything for the LT250R and LT500R that they offer fot the TRX250R. Porting, pipes, engine kits, cylinders, reed valves, chassis parts, you name it. If you get a chance support these guys, they havent forgotten about the Quadracer's like most everyone else has. Later.

 

Well **** on that idea! I just got ready to order those nerf that I was talking about and guess what. They have been discontinued! Turns out all they were was AC's anyway and they were never offered for the LT500. But their catalog said they were. Oh well. Guess I'll have to settle for another set of DG alloys though I don't particularly like the bend they came up with the LT500. I am most dissapointed becuase I thought I found a place that I could count on for whatever I wanted for my old quadracer. Guess I was wrong.
