I ordered A-arm bushings 4 months ago from world class atv and they sent me the wrong ones. So i called them to get info about returning them, after getting minimal info i was hung up on. I sent back the product for a refund that had been charged to a credit card. After waiting for the credit card statement to show the refund the next month and it not being no there my mom called them(im in college now). They said it was taken care of ... we waited for the next statement and nothing. We called many times just to talk to the same two dudes and be put on hold before something was said to be done and now the BBB and credit card company dispute people have been notified about the ordeal. World class has got to be the worst ATV place on the planet. Be a smart comsumer and dont support shops like this. It amazes me that a place like that can stay in business for so long with such fine customer service. Any one else have a bad experience with them?
