I have a LT250R, i would like to move up to a Quadzilla soon. Is there any reason i shouldnt get one? I ride hard and jump big, are there any problems different than my 86 quadracer has?

I owned a couple quadzilla's and they are absolutely awesome in the dunes and wide open trails. Great power, stable, and they handle very good. They are a handful on an mx track though. The torque and power is much more harder to control and it wore me out fast. Better hit the weight room and do some cardio if your gonna race mx. As far as jumping, you probably won't be airing it out as big as your 250. They're predictable but harder to toss around due to the size difference. Great overall quad though. Just saying what I've experienced for myself.

I love the one I currently run, they are a blast to ride. They're not as easy to throw around like your 250, the LT500 is more of a "open it up and hang-on". If you are going to jump big then I would suggest aftermarket front shocks, and re-valve the rear. If you are going to run MX then I would suggest sticking with the 250.

Pound for pound there is nothing faster in stock form, they are definately an E-ticket ride.
