Don't know about price but Suzuki was testing the Z-400 and Ozark at my local riding club here in PA. The Z-400 I saw was just like they are showing in the Magazines but only had the Z-400 sticker on it. I talked to our club president and he said they were testing.

The riding I saw for over an hour was just slow putting around and nothing else. Never did see them open it up at all.

I have seen the Z400 and even sat on it. They expect the price to be about $5700 and available in June.

It looks and feels identical to the Raptor, except it's yellow. Should be a fun ride.

If you go to http://209.67.7.67/en/ (www.suzuki.ca) in z-400/specification directory, you will see at the bottom the canadian price(8,399$). The canadian price of a 2002 400ex is listed at 8,499$ and the 2002 raptor is listed at 9,299$. It's hard the believe that the z-400 will be less expensive that the 400ex...
Pairof98s... Did the seat is more confortable than a 400ex?

Saying the Z400 is "identical" to the Raptor, is an over-simplification. The plastic has some Raptor-like features, the frame color may be the same as the silver-version Raptors, and the tire size/brand is the same. When I sat on it, it felt more like the Raptor than it did a 400EX or C'Dale, but it was still unique.

$5700 is not correct. It's actually officially going to be roughly $5200... At least in Canada...
