My blaster has a 28mm flatslide Mikuni that is jetted pretty well, the problem is when the throttle is blipped.. the rpm stays high for about 5 seconds or so, then slowly returns to idle. I have checked for airleaks... any ideas?

 

My does the same thing but it is running slightly rich.
