I have always heard that the 87s are a little stronger than the 88-90s, anyhow I would guess that a good running 87 would push 50 or so hp, where a 88-90 would make around 47. DOnt hold me to this though, Im just repeating what I have heard, and in my experience the 87 do feel a little stronger on the top end.

 

I believe the LT500 is rated between 45-48 HP.
