Any of you guys have an LRD pipe on your zillas?? I was wondering if you have to cut the factory plastics to install that weird shaped pipe? It hangs kinda low right where the left fender would hang. I wouldn't want to cut new plastics!

minor trimming is required and the stock bracket wont work i think. I've had many zilla pipes (fmf, dg, psi) the LRD is the best pipe i've ever had. Best sound, best looks, perfect chrome, and most power, my front plastics are shaved but when they were stock the LRD bumped them a tiny bit i think i took a 1/4 or 1/2 off the edge just to keep from melting.

This is good news to hear! I am taking my DG exhaust off my zilla tonight and putting the LRD on. HOpe to hit some serious power!

Jay660,

Let me know what you think of that LRD... I'm curious to know if it's worth the big $$$$$.

I'm not very happy about cutting my pretty factory plastic, and I'll have to figure out what to do with the brace because I don't plan on cutting that much off.

Keep us posted!!

The LRD pipe looks great. You only have to slightly trim the fender, it just touches the fender w/ out cutting it. Sounds sweet too! But, i couldn't test the performance much - after I put it on i noticed my head gasket leaking on one side, then i noticed oil in my damn anti freeze! ouch! Gave my motor a quick tare down, the cylinder was full of antifreeze, the cylinder wall was slightly scored and the frigging cylinder head has damage. Time for a re-build.
crap.
