Jetting help please!!!!!!

I need help properly jetting my 88 LT500.
It came from sea level, and now lives at 5200 feet.
It had a 400 main, and I replaced it with a 370, but feel I need to go leaner.
(plug looks wet, and a little too much oil is spurting out where the pipe meets at the motor) What else do I need to do. Keep in mind, I take frequent trips to Glamis.(sea level)
