Hey guys, I got a phone message from Aurora Suzuki on Saturday, telling me the quads are going to be released in the Seattle area this coming week.

Are they goijng to be at the dealership this week, or are they going to be at the wharehouse this week. If they are released into the whrehouse this week your still looking at about 1 week before you take delivery at the dealership. Hopefully they will be at the dealerships this week. I am going up to upper michigan for three days of riding this week and it would be great to break it in over the weekend. We will ride 150+ miles.

Let's keep our fingers crossed.

She said 'released to the Seattle dealers,' (which I phrased Seattle area, because there is actually only one Seattle dealer -- Aurora), but I'm going to follow up with her today or tomorrow. I'll post any clarification or additional news.

Okay, further clarification: Aurora is supposed to get several units on May 10. So, in my area, it looks like customers will be ridin' the week of May 13-17.

This is pretty consistent with most of the info everyone has been getting lately, although, not what I call keeping us in the loop, since it's basically, "they are on the pier."

Anyway, as of this past weekend, our weather seems to have turned a corner, and we're looking @ consistent 60s and up from now on. Just in time.

GRNDLVEL,
It is hard to say whether or not that info is true. I have called aroud to just about every dealership in the metro Detroit area and have been getting pretty much the same thing that Lateapex has stated. They are all saying around May 10-15. Who know's. I have not heard any dealership say that they are in the wharehouse. This would lead me to believe that they are at least 1-2 weeks off. My dealer told me that once he gets confirmation that they are at the wharehouse I am looking at 3-4 days to get to the shop and then your looking at 1-2 days to prep and get the paperwork done. So once the dealership gets confirmation that they are at the wharehouse, I am looking at about 1 week after that.

I am first on the list at this dealer, so as soon as they come in I will be there signing the papers. Good luck with getting yours. I will let everyone know if I hear anything else.

Hi Andre. My daughter and I have been planning to run the Saturday Series, but obviously we'll miss the first race, and probably the second one, since the quads won't be here. She's already planning a 5-hour night ride on the 10th to break in her engine, so she can race on the 11th! But, I'm not assuming we'll actually have them in our hot little hands on the 10th. In any case, we'll be out there ASAP.
