Finally got my 86 LT230 running again! Top end redone, runs great!
I used Wiseco 4382m06600 piston. Looked like it had a slightly bigger dome than stocker did. Seems to have a bit more pop and compression too. Does anyone know if this piston has an increase in compression over stock or was it just an optical illusion to me?
KNOWSALOT, thanks for your advice, I wish I knew if it was the new piston/rings or the valve job and new seals that stopped the mosquito fogger effect that it was before! Oh well, I'm back in the saddle again!
