OK, I've heard that break in should take 6 hours and I have heard break in should take 15. Which is correct? Also, when should I make the first oil change? Is the stock oil pretty much "break in" oil"? Thanks in advance.

Bbertram is correct in saying that you are suppose to go 10 hours at no more than half throttle before opening it up to full throttle. The oil that the quads come with, is decenet oil but, for all intensive purposes it could be considered break in oil. Break in should be considered to be 1 month or 16 hours of riding. At this point the manufacturer suggests that the oil and filter get changed, all bolts and fasteners get checked, valves clearance get checked, air filter cleaned, cable play check, zerk fittings greased, Idle speed adjusted, chain inspected, and hoses checked.
