is everyone bending their axles on jumps if not what?

if i bend the rear axle is it covered under warranty?

if covered under warranty will they give you a better axle so the same thing doesn't happen?

if i don't jump the z will i have no problem with the axle because i know i will get pi$$ed off after the first time because i ride four wheeler everyday with the one i have no and that has no power compared to the z (i have a blaster with a fmf fatty pipe and a power core 2 silencer now).

has anyone one had any other problems with their z other than the tail light and the axle if so please tell me.

thanks,

I think the z is still a little new yet to know all the bugs that need to be worked out. It's just like anything else new that hits the market. You'll just have to take a chance and adjust accordingly or wait until the second year of production.

I have read about a bent axle but I havent bent mine and I jump it. Heck I weight 220 lbs and jump it and no bent axle. The spring for the break light on the rear brake keeps coming off. I am going to modify it this weekend.

I bent my axle and after this weeked of hard riding the axle didn't bend more. Actually it looks like its not as bent anymore. The wobble has gone down.

The motor on the Z has been around a little while. Suzuki pulled it from the DR dirtbike lineup and it has had nothing but good praise since it debuted (the motor). As for the axle bending, I have bent the axle on my Trailblazer, the Scrambler I sold, and will probably bend this one in time. It happens to the best of them. Buy a Z, you will love it.

So you bend an axle axles bend then you go get an aftermarket axle its better then paying $1000 more to buy a Raptor and getting you’re @$$ kick by a Z when you see one on the trail I bent the axle on my 400ex I know people that bent the Raptor axle I ride my Z hard and have yet to bend it JUST BUY THE Z !!!!

Axles bend. You have a warranty. This thing has a PROVEN motor and no one else is having electrical problems or anything.
Most quads have this kinda issue stock. It might bend, but that's all I see anyone worrying about. Mine has been fine so far.

I weigh 210 and have not yet managed to bend anything on my Z, and as for the break light spring it is pretty easy to tighten it. I was goiing to "modify mine also, until I looked at it closly and noticed the thing can be tightened by just turning the switch the spring hooks to.
