Lt 80 Hook Ups

My friends little brother has an Lt80 and he wants to hook it up. what are some good places and thigns to buy for thise little thing. he says he wants an exhaust. i think the Dg looks pretty cool.

Talk to LT80 on this forum. He can hook your LT80 up. Porting, clutch etc.

Just my 2 cents don't get the pipe. Get the motor ported,some clutch mods the little thing will fly. Look for a guy named lt80 he can hook you up. Yes he did my sons motor and it has smoked a trx90 with a big gun pipe and also another lt80 with lrd pipe. The stock pipe is a good little pipe.

The DG pipe is cheap crap,the rivets on the silencer rattled loose after a couple of rides on my son's. I ended up drilling and tapping bolts to hold it on,then it seemed ok,but is is poorly put together, that is why it is one of the cheapest pipes out there. According to LT80, he says until you signifcantly modify the motor, a pipe does little except add a lot of noise. He has been running race ready LT80's with stock silencers and doing fine. His porting and clutch work are meant to be used with the stock exhaust, and from what I've heard, really work well.
