The first thing I did when I got it home was put it in the air and watch for any wobble in the rear end. There is just the slightest wobble on both sides but that could be anything, I don't really expect the wobble to be 100% gone but its 99% gone. The mechanic at the dealership told me the axle was very easy to replace, it just slid out. I have jumped a few jumps already, but they were really small, and I'll be testing out the Z for wobbles tonight or tomorrow. I'll give an update when I test it out. Oh and this was all covered under warranty and I bought 2 oil filters for my Z, only $8 Canadian, cheap.

$8 Canadian is something like $5 American. I paid $8 for each filter, plus taxes which is 14%.

Glad to hear that you finally recieved your new axle, keep us posted. Did you get the o-ring(s) needed for the filter? Do you know if they are able to get the service manuals yet? I have been bothering my dealer here in BC but, they have had no success as of yet.

I didn't know I needed something else with the oil filters. I looked in one box and it looked like only an oil filter was in there. Do I need an o-ring for the filter? Won't the old one still be in good shape? I never asked about a service manual. If I get any answers tonight about the o-rings I'll ask my dealership tomorrow about them and the service manual.

I sold my raptor and bought a z400. I rode it down the drive and could fill the right back wheel wobble. Has any one else had this happen. Are the axles bent on on many from the factory.

when you jack up the back of a quad and put it in gear and it wobbles like yall are talking about that is normal, they all do it, i think, if it is wobbling while you are riding it you might check the hubs make sure they are tight.

My wheel was bent not the axle. They gave me a new wheel and tire. My raptor was faster in a drag race but the Z is better everywhere else. Ilove it.
