Today they put the first finished pipe on my quad and got everything jetted. The polished head pipe is beautiful and the silencer looks the same as the Raptor - awesome. With the jetting it actually created more power in the bottom and mid-range than ever anticipated while still ripping at the top. Snorkle was removed and the lid drilled out (ran better drilled than with the lid off) along with the needle being spaced out. As with others, it immediately hits the rev limiter. It has some good bark to it , but you can get the spark arrester/silencer adaptor. They are supposed to get the dyno sheet on their web, but if it is not there, I can email you the dyno sheet when I get back from testing it at Pismo Beach this weekend.

WP- Is the z400 headpipe stainless steel? TRINITY makes a good looking pipe. I wish i lived closer so i could go by and say hi to Harry. He has made all my DS friends miserable.

The head pipe is a polished stainless steel with the can being rough polished aluminum. I gave bbertram and lobeex pictures to put up.

$439 with jetting. This pipe rips. I went to Pismo this weekend and I had a hard time hooking up. I now have to order new paddles to keep up with the power. I just opened a site so you can see pictures of the pipe and the dyno sheet.

After checking the dyno pic, I think thats a nice gain. Good too see they went ahead and opened up the intake for more flow like most of us do anyway. Some pipes could be restrictive when the intake is opened up.....but you don't know about this because the manufacturer recommends bolting it onto a completely stock quad. My .02
