I just opened a site so everyone can see the pictures I have taken of my quad. I have the dyno sheet and the Trinity pipe up as well as the picture of the seat cover. Any questions just let me know.

Very nice Z400 man. I've been trying to find some pics of a nice MX set up Z400 and your's looks better than what I thought they would look like.

Resq- shaving the fenders really doesn't make you any muddier unless you hit some mud while cornering and even then it's very minimal. Some people will tell you that shaving the fenders is horrible and throws mud ALL over you but I only have 2 things to say...
#1... My C-dale, my old 300ex, and all my friends 400ex's, R's, and shee's have shaved fenders and you BARELY get any muddier without fenders.
#2... The only chance of getting muddier is if you ride in mud (obviously)... if you ride in mud, I hope you don't expect to stay clean .
I've gotten some mud on me that the fenders probably would have deflected but it just hits my arms and honestly... in a summer day race here in Texas, that cool mud feels really nice.

Kind of a stupid question.. Will chopping your fenders make the Z400 more stable at top speed?

Before I cut them I checked out how much mud was on the fenders and they were hardly even dirty. On top of that it is now 4 inches wider. I shaved my rears because they would gather mud on the ends and they fell over creating stress marks in the plastic. Stability has nothing to do with plastics. They are there for cosmetic reasons only. Thanks for the compliments!
