z400 $6000

The atv shop here is asking $6000 for the z, did anybody else pay $6000 for it or less than that?

Rubiconman I'm not sure what part of Texas your from but I paid 5099.00 at JT Powersports in Jonesboro Ark. if you don't mind a roadtrip.

zookyridr I live in south texas, Corpus Chrisit. So that would be a long drive for me to take. How did you get it for $5100 when MSRP is $5700?

Never pay MSRP! MSRP is suggested price only. Shop around and play the dealer's &quot;game&quot;. He'll try to charge as much as possible, so you have to try to offer as low as possible.

If you plan on getting extended warranty, then work that into the price when buying the atv. Don't wait till later, because the dealer can charge whatever he feels like for the warranty. Try to get extras like riding gear, service manuals, first service, etc. worked into the price as well ahead of time.

Yeah...maybe back in the midwest and east but here in AZ either you pay MSRP or you don't ride. Back in the Raptor days you even had to pay another $800-$1000 in some parts. May sound crazy but like I said, either you pay MSRP, and sometimes more, or you don't ride.
