I don't know jack about Suzuki Quads, but I still got a sad sad story to tell. One of my friends had some sort of big suzuki utility quad, it was a 500 whatever it was. He had borrowed off of his dad's business partnet at first, he rode it around for a long time and began to enjoy it quite well. After keeping it a while he bought it for $3500 off the business partner. A couple of weeks later he was towing it somewhere so he could go riding, he rearended someone and when the cops go there they ran the serial numbers on the four-wheeler because someone had reported a make and model like that to be stolen. Come to find out it was that exact four-wheeler. So he lost the four-wheeler he just payed $3500 for, didnt get any of his money back, so now he is broke and with out a quad to ride. Guess he'll learn his lesson and check out the next one he buys.

 

Sorry to hear it. That type of story makes you want to cry.

 

Not only does it make you want to cry but it makes you want to kick some BUTT.If the guy got a bill of sale when he bought it i would think he might have a small claims case.Hope this guy gets something out of this....Bob
