I didn't go up in size I just went wider 20X11X9 looks nice. I don't have any pics yet so If you want to see let me know and I'll go from there.

definitely gear down, it's slightly difficult to start moving with the stock gearing.

I was made fun of because the 10" wheels were too bling-bling. The thing was, I was supposed to get 22"x12 realtors mounted on 8" wheels, but they mounted them on 10" for the same price (!!!)

@3psi, there is plenty of sidewall flex for riding in the sand.
