Hey all. Thanks for the input for my first time drag racing. I had a great time. My first race was against an 02 400ex with a WB E series pipe. I killed him by 3-4 bike lengths. On to my second race. I was so cranked up about winning my first race that I hesitated my second start. This time I raced a 400ex with an FMF pipe. I saw the green light and said " uhh, green light, crap that means go" and I blasted off. He had a bike length lead on me at the start. I thought I had him at the end as did everyone in the crowd. Bad call by the finish line workers. All said and done, it only cost me 15 clams to race and I had a great time. After the drags, we had an ATV rodeo and a dash for cash. Oh yeah, there was a highly modded banshee there running on alcohol. It was crazy fast. The damn thing would accelerate half way down the track, going all over the place, then coast the rest of the way down. Nutty. Thanks to those who gave me pointers on drag racing. It helped.

Is it possibly Glad Rag Sand Drags?

 

Nope, neither. It was held at the Broome County Fair, southern tier of NY. Nothing big, but there were a lot of quads. A lot of fun just the same.
