The # for TCS is 1-909-594-3474. Those are stock plastics just cut. Were you the one getting the pipe made the week before July 4th? Mine was the Z400 at Trinity. The bike rips and now Harry is building a 440 kit for it. Just picked up new Holeshot MX's front and rear so when the motor is ready I can go race the damn thing.

Alot of my friends ride lt's and what they have done about the front shocks is use a pair off of a lt500. they just had to machine down the top a bit, they work good. he kept blowing out the stock shocks jumping. after he install the 500 front shocks it hasnt been a problem. you might give that a try, could be a lot cheaper.

The 500's are tanks so they will have stiffer valving for the 250. My brother has Ohlins on his 500 so I will call him and see if he has his stockers still. Damn good idea for a cheap fix.

Im not sure about the rear fitting, but yes the 500's will work. you will need to machine them a bit to fit not alot though. they may be a bit heavier but your getting strength with that. Im not sure how much you weight but I see nothing wrong with using them. and If you like to Jump alot they will last longer than a stock pair of 250's. I dont think you will notice the difference in weight. Good luck and let me know if you go that way.
