sounds like you have a few issues with our nerfs. let me say that i am sorry for any incovinance it has caused you! looking at your locatiion it seems you are local to us. if you would like, bring your z by and i'll be glad to help you out with them! the z400 is a new line for us and like any thing else new it takes a bit to get the bugs out. we are always willing to help the customers and their input is welcome as well! it helps to make my job easier and you the customer happy with his/her purchse.

I have the AC standard pegs for my Cannondale, the finish is great the fit sucked. Tube can't be that hard to make right. When installed in the front the angle by the foot rest was easily 20 degrees off.

I run from stores or companies that do not return email, or phonecalls.
You go without more often, but quality of service "BEFORE" and "AFTER" are key to enjoying your purchase without problems.

I talked to the guys at Pro Armor and the guy they were using to make the nerf bar prototypes was taking too long so they went out and bought a new tubing bender. Call them and tell them to get their butts moving because I feel their nerfs will have better looks and mounting. I will make the switch when they are finished.

sorry the guys up front didnt get back to you today. give them a call on monday and talk to one of the salesman, if you are unhappy with your purchase you can return them to the dealer you bought them from to have them sent back for a check fit or a refund of your money. if you have them sent back i will put them in the fixture and i will corret them or exchange them for a new pair then send them back to you. up to you
