Just got my Z back from the shop for the 20 hour check up. I suspected the axle was bent and asked if they would check it as well. After a full check up, the bike is in excellent condition. Plus, I got compliments from the service department and the sales on how good the quad looked and the condition its in. The service guys said its very normal for a new quad to come back and looks as if its years old! I ride mine very hard and on a regular basis, good maintenance pays off.

Why would you suspect a bent axle?!?!?!?! If its not wobbiling it's not bent![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

I suspected the axle may bent slightly enough to make the brake disc go side to side and that is what causes the squeak. I have bent axles before to the point where there was no question about it. Thats why I suspected a bent axle.

 

I have a slight sqeak on my front right brake, NO BENT AXLE YET!
