Just read in the September issue of Dirtbike magazine (page 50) that Suzuki will be getting the Prairie. Couldn't believe it with all the specualtion that Zuki was going to use their own 650 V-Twin. Has anyone else heard anything on this?

Rincon's idea sounded better yet. But why not wish for the 1300cc Hayabusa engine. LOL I hope they do get the 650 I need a new Ute 4X4 and while I like the Prairie I think it could be better looking. I'm sure Suzuki will fix that if they get it.

one good thing is that now Suzuki will have a Ute with a locking front end. A couple other things I would like to see is Suzuki's batteryless fuel injection and a built in GPS for those treks into unknown territory. Oh yeah, and a better set of tires would help also.

LEP7MM

Did I hear you right?!?

You want better tires than the stock dunflops that come on the Prairie? I can't believe that anyone would stoop that low. These tires are great!

Where else can you get a tire engineer to take some perfectly good rubber and turn them in to the mush that we see underneath the Prairie. I bet there are no other tires out there that handle like ziploc bags filled with water. HA HA

Sure there is. The dunlops they put under my Z rate the same in my book. Junk That's where at least 2/3 of the tippy feeling on Raptors comes from.
