Okay, I havent heard anymore stories about bent axles lately. Have all the weak axles been found. I have been jumping my a$$ off, and pounding thru woops trying to bend mine. So I could get it replaced right away under warranty, if its gonna bend, but it hasnt and I dont believe that its gonna. Just curious how many of you out there have not experienced any problems with your axle. HaHa:

Here is my experience. The axle that came in my z bent on a very light hit on a tree i mean it was ridiculous how easy it bent. Last week i had put the new one that suzuki gave me and i put it through he!! at the last race(harescramble). I hit trees and big rocks jumps and this one is still straight so maybe your axle is a new designed one. The appearence of the axles are the same so to look at the two you cannot tell a difference. If you haven't hurt it yet you may be OK.

I thought my axle was bent, but it was just the disc and sprocket that was bent due to the skimpy plastic skidplate and meeting a rock. I also have found that the bushings on the front of the swingarm are popping. I think this might be caused by too tight a chain?? I adjust the damn thing according to specs and it seems too tight when suspension is compressed. Then I loosen it a bit and the damn thing is then too lose and jumps a bit. What is my problem other than being a dumbass?? Hehe.

I bent 2 axles, the last one they gave me was supposed to be made of harder metal or something, it didn't look any different. I didn't put it in, I got my Lonestar installed. So I have 1 new stock axle in my garage, its the harder one.

How did everybody get Suzuki axles? Were they replaced with warranty and if so, how did you do it? My dealer said NO on any axle replacement, only internal engine parts.

I live in a 2 Z household, and we've had'm since day one release, and beat the crap outta of them, no problems. Hit plenty of stumps stopping me in tracks but nothin wrong yet.

My brother's just bent and it's in the shop now. It's bent really badly and he hasn't really ridden it that hard. The dealership actually told him that suzuki will replace it free on a good day..... he said it just depends on the day.

Switching dealers will definately happen soon. Im moving to CA in 13 days, so new riding and a new dealer. This dealer here in Reno really sucks. I have ridden my Z very hard on mx tracks and dunes and the desert here. Lots of rocks and whoops and jumps. No bent axle, just a warped brake rotor, but if it does bend I was wondering how everybody else got there axle replaced.

Do not tell the dealership your racing or riding on MX tracks, that voids your warranty!
