Hey guys have any of you had any problems with Trinity Racing? I took my Cannondale over there after hearing so many good things about them. They did a pipe and re-map and got it done in a fair amountof time. I was so happy with them and run Trinity stickers all over my bike and sport there shirts when ever I go ridding. So I told my cousin to take his raptor there to get the motor built. He took it in mid september and was quoted 6 weeks. They are waiting on carbs from SunCo and Harry said for my cousin to call them his self and ask were the parts are. I work in retail and so dose my cousin and we would never ask a customer to make calls thats our job not theres. Harry wrote up a R.O. and then it got lost. They are also waiting on the gears. We have a big trip planed for next week for 4-5 days of ridding. I got a call from my cousin saying he was not going because his bike was not even close to being done. Now I am bummed out because thats my ride out there. We are sand people all we do is ride sand. But its cutting in to ridding time and if my cousin does not got then neather do I. They do not return his calls and feels like he is being brushed off. I feel realy bad because I said to go there and now he does not have his bike. My cousin has a realy bad temper but has not lost his cool because he trusts there work, but for $6300 he does not get customer service. So any feed back would be great.

 

$6300?!?!?!?!?! I say God d@mn!!! You would think that for the price of a *new* Raptor that he would at least get a callback...

 

Yeah he went in he wanted it done right and i guess it will ge done right but not this year.

 

What all is he getting done for 6300 dollars??? That is a bummer man. Trinity seems to be a good company and harry surfs these boards. He will make it right.

-high compression piston
-gearing and new trany
-carilla rod
-big carbs
-trinity pipe
-dyno tune
-pro design filter
and some more stuuf but i dont rember. But I have said i would love to be sponserd by Oakley, Duffs shoes and then I added Trinity but they might come off. I think these guys are the greatest but if they cant take careof there people there is not much to be said.

 

I will call Harry and see what he has to say. He has alway taken care of me with my bikes and my brothers. I know my buddy works there and ordered an FCR for his Z and they are back ordered for two months. Trinity is so busy right now that one of my other friends offered a mechanic $150 for his pocket to get his bike done and he had to turn it down because of all the work.

 

Hey I can under stand that they are busy. My cousin works at a car dealer and I work in a bike shop. But no matter what the guy that comes in first gets served first. It has been a few months and Harry should give him a call and let him know what is going on. If I cant get that part were I work I will call the customer and tell them that it would be longer and they stay at the top of my desk ...always. I even put my buddys at the bottem. First come first serve. I think they should have called him. But he said that when ever he calls he gets put on hold. Were I work the phones beep realy load if a custome is on hold for longer then 30 seconds and my boss gets pissed that we are not helping people out. But Harry is the owner and is not returning calls. I am not comming on here to bash Harry or Trinity but come on get you act together. I still think they do great work but not in a timly manner.

 

I just called him and he could barely talk. He is sick and in bed (probably from me). This is a guy that rarely goes to bed before 12:00. I told him of this post and he said he would look into it in the morning.

 

Thanks dude. I have trust in him that he will make this right. I am also sorry to find out he is sick. I just think that he is getting brushed off. and most important that if my cousin does not ride I dont ride!

 

What purpose does it serve to post in such a manner when you will insight the same response.
